By making global warming more visible, characterizing, and instantly showing responses to users' behavior through AR, users will be able to initiate very small actions to solve it.

We aim to raise the awareness of global warming with an interactive AR game “Archo”, “Archo” which stands for “AR” + “Arctic” + “Home”.

The concept is simple, we designed virtual endangered animal pets which their survival depends on the electrical consumption of the user. If the user wastes electricity, the ice island shrinks, and the pets will die. On the contrary, if the user saves electricity, the island would expand and life will thrive.

We monitor the domestic electricity consumption of the users by connecting to their electric meter and connecting their phones to their appliances with Bluetooth beacon technology.

This app is designed for everyone who would like to contribute to fighting climate change, It helps users to save electricity and money. It can also visualize a connection between users' daily habits and their impact on the environment. Instead of raising the awareness of global warming for a short period, Archo helps users around the world build good consumption habits.
